About Skilled Visa Tracker

An independent, free tracker for Australian skilled visas (subclasses 189, 190 and 491) — built by an applicant, for applicants. Site: skilledvisatracker.com.au.

Who builds Skilled Visa Tracker?

Skilled Visa Tracker is built and run by Hazuu, a small independent software studio in Australia. It started as a personal tool for tracking a General Skilled Migration application and became a free iOS and Android app with this companion data site. There is no migration agency, law firm or government body behind it.

Why does it exist?

Applicants waiting on a 189, 190 or 491 visa have two questions: “will I get invited?” and “how long until the grant?”. The official SkillSelect EOI data answers the first but is published as a dashboard that is hard to read; the second is only knowable from other applicants. The app and this site put both in one place — official pool and invitation data per occupation, and community-reported timelines for grant waits — so you can see where you stand without paying for it.

Is it affiliated with the Department of Home Affairs?

No. Skilled Visa Tracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government entity, including the Department of Home Affairs or any state or territory nomination program. Official information is always at immi.homeaffairs.gov.au. Nothing on this site is migration advice — for advice about your own case, talk to a registered migration agent or lawyer.

Where does the data come from?

Pool, invitation and points data come from the Department of Home Affairs SkillSelect EOI dashboard, ingested on a schedule. Grant and processing-time data come from timelines that app users share. The full method, cadence and known limitations are on the methodology page.

How is it funded?

The app is free. It is supported by in-app ads; the website carries no ads and sells no data. Timelines you share are published anonymously and only in aggregate or without any identifying detail.

How do I get in touch?

Email info@hazuu.com for corrections, data questions, press or takedown requests. Bugs and feature requests can also be sent from inside the app. Our privacy policy explains what the app stores and why.
